Empty Space n°1 – FOALS – Late Night

Take a band, let’s take Foals for example. Prep their amps, the drum kit, everything they need to play their music with the maximum intensity possible. Put all of that in a stunning and iconic setting somewhere in Paris, like the library at the Hôtel de Ville. Clear the space, and let the group to play. La Blogothèque est née en septembre 2003 : quelques blogueurs qui voulaient écrire sur la musique, le faire différemment, en profitant de ce nouvel outil incroyable qu’était l’interweb. En huit ans, l’interweb a beacoup changé : la Blogothèque aussi.

La Blogothèque est aujourd’hui un site dont la vocation reste la même : partager la musique, la passion pour la musique. En mots, et en images. Via des articles, des séries originales, aussi via des programmes vidéo.

Depuis 2006, nous publions chaque semaine les Concerts à emporter, des films dans lesquels nous poussons les groupes à interpréter leur musique hors de leur contexte habituel. Nous organisons également les Soirées de Poche, des concerts en appartement avec quelques heureux invités tirés au sort.

La Blogothèque actuelle est la quatrième version d’un site là depuis maintenant près de huit ans. C’est un site, c’est un collectif de passionné, et plein d’autres choses encore.

Et ce texte va changer, hein, on l’a écrit pendant le plantage de lancement.
